We offer support on our range of different software with possibility to have and agreement for updates and technical support.

Update Agreement entitles to
  • Administrator support regarding handling problem within the product free of charge
  • Possibility of download the latest version of product, within same functional level, from Internet free of charge
  • Discount on cost of labour if visit needed by one of our application engineers at your site

    When you enter download page your login will give access to the latest version of your software e.g. LargoSynergy M3,
    LargoMatch2000. The system administrator will be automatically informed as soon as new version is released together with
    documentation of added functions. Once per year a hard copy on CD or USB-stick with the latest relaesed version, will be sent to
    responsible contact person.

Technical Support
We have the possibility to offer application support and preparation of colour calibration databases for match prediction, in different ways.
Our application engineers can come to your site or we can support by phone, mail or "hands on" over internet.

Enquiry about support via phone can be done weekday (Mon-Fri) between 08.00-16.00 central European time. On day before Swedish
public holiday we may close earlier. If, we will inform in list below.
